Acctivando NetFramework 3.5 en Win 10

1.- Se copia el archivo microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab en la raíz: C:\
2.- Ejecutar en una consola: Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C:\ /LimitAccess
3.- Activar programas en Agregar y Quitar programas el NetFramework 3.0
